24-hour Game Jam to Rethink Information

In order to connect the younger generations with the key role of information, we are pleased to join forces with the Inform association to organize a Game Jam for computer science, journalism and design students.

Based on an original idea by the Inform association, this 24-hour event will kick off on Friday evening, September 27, and will challenge students to develop video games on the theme of information. Fact-checking, a journey into the life of a journalist, deepfakes: let’s see what the students come up with and how each game could be a medium to communicate with young audiences. This event is hosted by EPFL and is organized in collaboration with the CLIC student association, the Game Lab UNIL-EPFL, LauzHack and ISART Digital.
